The civil infrastructure includes major pipe drainage works and wetlands for stormwater cleansing to be provided to the satisfaction of Melbourne Water Corporation. Our client is Walter Elliott Holdings Pty Ltd, a South-East Queensland based developer and owner of a number of similar villages around Brisbane and the Sunshine and Gold Coasts.
