We have recently completed the detailed civil infrastructure design for this 75-unit owners corporation development. Because of the presence of competent rock at relatively shallow depths over the site we took particular pains to ensure that the required inground stormwater drainage, sewerage and water reticulation services were kept as shallow as possible, resulting in an estimated saving to the client of at least $0.5m.
